While Add to Insight XT is running, click Suspend on the Add to Insight XT Status dialog box.

A dialog box appears asking if you want to suspend the process. Your request to suspend the process is pending until the current block of files completes the Add to Insight XT process.

Click Suspend or Pause.

If you choose Suspend, the next time you run Add to Insight XT, you are given the option to restart the remaining actions and continue processing the next block of files.

If you choose Pause, you can continue with the next block of files by clicking Resume.
