Choose Application menu→Close.
If asked, do one of the following:
Choose whether or not to save changes to the document.
Type a name for the document and specify a location to save the document.
Tip:
If the active document is read-only, you can save changes only by selecting to use Save As to save the document with a new name.
When you close a read-only direct document, you can save changes to referenced or indirect documents that have been opened with write access.
When you close a document that was opened from a managed library, you can set options on the Manage tab on the Options dialog box to automatically check in and publish the document.
