Choose Tools tab→ Properties group→Attach.

On the Attach Properties command bar, click the Property Values button.

On the Property Values dialog box, click the property you want to attach, and then click OK.

Using the selection options on the command bar, select the elements you want to attach the properties to and then click the Accept (check mark) button.

On the command bar, click Finish.
