Look In
Displays the drive and folder in which you want to search for the document you want to copy.
Go to the Last Folder Visited
Returns to the last folder that you visited.
Up One Folder
Moves the Look In folder up one level.
Views
Controls the display method for the listed documents.
Large Icons
Displays large icons for the documents.
Small Icons
Displays small icons for the documents.
List
Lists the names of the documents in columns.
Details
Displays a detailed view of the directory contents. The columns displayed include Name, Size, Type, and Modified.
Document list
Lists the folders and documents you can copy to your local system.
Size
Lists the size of the selected document.
Modified
Lists the modified date of the selected document.
Preview
Displays a bitmap image of the document if a preview image was saved for the file.
Add
Adds the selected folders and documents you want to copy to the Folders and Documents to be Copied box.
Remove
Removes the selected folders and documents from the Documents to be Copied box.
Remove All
Removes all folders and documents from the Documents to be Copied box.
Documents to be Copied
Lists the folders and documents you want to copy to the local folder you specify.
Include Subfolders
Specifies that you want to include subfolders when you create an unmanaged copy of a folder. This option is only available when you add a folder to the Folders and Documents to be Copied list.
Copy To
Specifies information about the folder to which you want to copy the documents.
Folder
Lists the folder that you want to copy the documents to.
Browse
Accesses a dialog box that allows you to search for a folder.
Set All Documents To Read-Only
Sets the permissions on copied documents to read-only.
Copy Where-Used Drawings
Sets the option to perform a where-used search on each document being copied and include the Draft file when creating the unmanaged copy. Any linked documents (Excel spreadsheets or Word documents) will also be included.
Revision Rule
Sets the Revision Rule applied to the deep list generation and where-used results.
