You can line up multiple text elements by aligning their text range boxes or by aligning their leader break line points.
Choose Home tab→Dimension group→Line Up Text .
Select a linear dimension or an annotation as a base element.
This is the element with which the other text elements line up.
On the Line Up Text command bar, do one of the following:
Select a text alignment method.
The options are Vertical Left, Vertical Center, Vertical Right, Horizontal Top, Horizontal Center, and Horizontal Bottom.
Select a break point alignment method.
The options are Vertical Break Point and Horizontal Break Point.
(Optional) Enter an alignment offset.
The default value is 0.00.
Select one or more elements to be lined up with the base element.
Tip:
You can drag a box to select multiple elements to line up with the base element.
When you select a base element, it remains active as the base element until you select all of the elements to line up. You can change the base element using the Select Base Element option on the command bar.
When you choose a text alignment method, the elements align with the text range box of the base element, not the text itself. If you do not get what you expected when you line up text, check the size of the base element.
When you choose a leader break point method, if a leader does not have a break line, then the point where the leader attaches to the element is used for alignment.
