Use the Move Packaged Collaboration File command in Internet Explorer to move a packaged collaboration file from one document library to another. If you use Windows Explorer to move packaged collaboration files between document libraries, the property information needed by Insight is not moved.
Note:
This capability is only available for Windows XP and Windows clients.
In the document library containing the .pcf, move the cursor over the file and click the arrow next to the file name.
On the menu, click Move Packaged Collaboration File.
On the Browse dialog box, type the URL for the document library to which you want to move the .pcf and click OK.
