Store Preview

Saves a preview image that shows what is in the document before you open it. You can preview documents in dialog boxes used to open or insert files. This option is set by default.

If the option is not set, then a preview image is not stored with the document, making the document size smaller. If you do not save a preview image, you cannot preview the document in another dialog box. The preview image is taken from the active window, even if you have several windows open that display the same document.

Creation Time

Specifies when a preview image is saved.

On Save

Specifies that a preview image is saved with the document every time you save the document.

On Button Select

Specifies that the preview image is saved only when you click the Create Preview Now button.

Create Preview Now

Saves a preview image with the document when you click the button.
