Adds balloons to the parts in a drawing view.

Set the Link To Active button when you want to create multiple parts lists for the same drawing and have them share the same item numbers.

First, you have to select the parts list you want to link to and use the Make Active command on its shortcut menu to designate it as the active parts list. Then, when you create another parts list, you can set the Link To Active option on the Parts List command bar to link them.

Places the parts list on the drawing sheet. When this option is cleared, you can still use the Parts List command to automatically add balloons to the drawing view.

Displays the Parts List Properties dialog box.
