When you create a new parts list or table, you can choose to place it on new table sheets, rather than on the active sheet. The new table sheets are generated automatically by the parts list or table command.
Choose a parts list or table command and select a drawing view.
On the command bar, click the Properties button.
In the Properties dialog box, on the General tab, specify the maximum table size using one of the following methods:
Specify maximum number of rows
Select the Maximum number of data rows option.
In the First Page box, type the total number of rows that the first table page can contain.
In the Additional Pages box, type the total number of rows that subsequent table pages can contain.
Specify maximum table height
Select the Maximum height option.
In the First Page box, type the maximum height of the first table page, in the default units.
In the Additional Pages box, type the maximum height of subsequent table pages, in the default units.
In the Properties dialog box, on the Location tab, do the following:
From the Anchor corner list, choose a table corner point for placing the table on the sheet.
Select the Create new sheets for table option.
Edit the sheet coordinates in the X origin and Y origin boxes to specify the placement location for the anchor corner point.
On the current drawing sheet, click to place the table.
One or more new table sheets are displayed in the sheet tab tray at the bottom of the document. To see the table, click one of the new sheet tabs.
Example:
The table sheet tabs are labeled Table 1:1, Table 1:2, Table 1:3, where the first digit is the table group number, and the second digit is the table sheet number within the table group.
Note:
The total number of table sheets created for the table group is based on the maximum table height.
Tip:
You can use the View tab, Solid Edge Options dialog box (Draft) to choose how the table sheets are displayed in the sheet tab tray.
The Sheet number and name separator option specifies the characters to display on the sheet tab between the sheet number and name when both are displayed. For example, you can change the default separator from (-) to (#), and you can add or remove spaces.
The Number sheet groups separately option specifies that table sheets are numbered separately from other working sheets, and that the table sheets generated for one table are numbered separately from the table sheets generated for another table.
Example:
Table 1 generates three table sheets, and Table 2 generates two table sheets. When both the sheet number and sheet name are displayed, the sheet tabs in the tray are labeled as follows:

1 |
1-Table 1:1 |
2 |
2-Table 1:2 |
