Choose Home tab→Sketch group→Off Sketch.
Select a reference plane.
On the Tear-Off Sketch command bar, click the Tear-Off Sketch Options button, specify if you want to copy or move the element.
Select the sketch element(s) you want to copy or move, then click the Accept button.
On the command bar, click the Finish button.
Tip:
You can use the Reposition button to reposition the torn off sketch elements.
