The MDT Data Migration command assumes that Mechanical Desktop version 6-2009 is installed on a computer somewhere on your network. Solid Edge is not compatible with Mechanical Desktop versions prior to 6.
Before getting started with any data translations, you must run a setup procedure on the computer where Mechanical Desktop is installed.
