You can define the location of the Document Control and Engineering Change groups using the Solid Edge Administrator or the Manage page of the Solid Edge Options dialog box. The Solid Edge Options workflow is explained in this topic.
Choose Application menu→Solid Edge Options→Manage.
In the Document Control portion of the dialog box, type the URL of the SharePoint site defined as the coordinator group.
Specify the name given to the coordinator group.
Type the URL of the SharePoint site defined as the Engineering Change group.
Specify the name given to the Engineering Change group.
Note:
These options only apply to Insight-managed documents and are not visible from Solid Edge Embedded Client.
