When web help does not open, Solid Edge automatically displays a message containing a check box that lets you set locally-installed help as the default.
You can always set this manually by doing the following:
Click the Application button , and then click the Solid Edge Options button.
In the Solid Edge Options dialog box, click the Helpers tab.
In the Help System section, clear the following check box:
Use my web browser to display help (requires Internet access).
Click Apply.
You do not have to exit the program for the change to take effect.
Note:
The next time you access help in any manner (for example, by pressing F1, clicking a link, or clicking a Help button in a dialog box), local help now automatically launches from the installed location: C:\Program Files\Solid Edge ST6\Program\ResDLLs\0009.
