Cuts selected elements or features from the document and places them on the Clipboard. The selected elements or features replace the previous contents of the Clipboard.

When you cut a select set of ordered features, the set must contain a profile-based feature as the primary feature in the set. All other features in the set must be a children of the primary feature.
