Choose Home tab→Modify group→Resize Holes

Select the cylindrical or conical faces you want to resize, then click the Accept button.
On the command bar, type the diameter value you want, then press the Enter key.
Finish the feature.
Tip:
You can select cylindrical and conical faces constructed with the feature commands in Solid Edge or on models you import from other applications.
You can select the faces individually or drag a fence to select multiple faces.
When you use the Resize Holes command to edit a hole or cutout with thread attributes, a message is displayed to warn you that the existing thread attributes will be changed for the selected holes. You can use the options on the command bar to specify new thread attributes for the selected faces.
