The Inventor Data Migration command assumes that Inventor version 6- current version is installed on a computer somewhere on your network. Solid Edge supports only Inventor versions 6 -current version.
If you are running Inventor version 9 or greater, use the DXF/DWG export utility to disable the Pack and Go parameter.
